Bringing A Project In Under Budget
Mr.
Nkosi's first project with Warman Olsen Warman,
Architects was to redesign and produce the contract
documents for this 10,000 sq. ft. project in a 6 week
period.
Redesign
was required because the original building
designed, before Mr. Nkosi's time with the firm, was
100% over budget.
Nkosi
and the principal in charge of design came up
with a final solution that brought the project in below
the 1 million dollar budget.
We
were able to provide a building that was functional
and under budget without sacrificing building space or
the quality of finish materials.
