While
at Warman Olsen Warman, Mr. Nkosi was responsible
for providing schematic design schemes for a proposed
shopping mall.
Mr.
Nkosi and the Design Partner (Allen Olsen) worked on the
development of three schemes showing different architectural
themes for both the interior and exterior of the
mall.
The
central theme, however, remained constant with two main
anchor shops at either end of the mall and general retail
shops
in between.
The
overall square footage of the mall was set at approximately
500,000 square feet.
