Project Management
This Studio serving as conductors for each of the other Studios, this is the visionary Studio. The collective centuries of experience of the members of this studio lies in their ability to connect and reach out to experts across multiple disciplines. In order to organize our outreach we have established specialty areas, referred to as Implementation Studios and connective Studios. Professionals are drawn from the Connective Studios, which are intended to add their members’ experience and expertise to other Studios. They undertake, for example, the initial assessment of a community’s needs, help shape all of the facilitation, communication, media and outreach initiatives, oversee the building of websites and databases and facilitation.
