01The linkage between the two elements of the Studio, infrastructure and transportation, is, as it has always been, strong and mutually shaping. Members of the Studio are familiar with national and state legislation, policies and guidelines. Studio members bring an understanding of the transportation, economic, housing, environmental and other programs and processes necessary to address infrastructure and transportation difficulties.

    Keith Walters  - MXD (BRAC Specialist) Keith spent over thirty years of service in the United States Navy. While in the Navy he served as an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, Supply Chain Management Instructor, Base Closure/Base Transition Officer, IT Resource Manager for the Naval Reserve, Director of Logistics, and Resource Manager for the Afghanistan National Army. He retired from the military as a Supply Corps Commander.
