Housing and Community Design
Housing challenges related to affordability are considerable for the lower- and middle-class. This has focused attention on policies and goals which have dominated the national’s agenda throughout the six decades of the nation’s development. The Studio members familiarity with both the current issues as well as those which are likely to appear. Studio members utilize their experience to focus on opportunities found in the entire community – the entire housing market – and relate solutions to the pockets of problem housing within that framework.
